A complete miniature mechanically scanned pulse type underwater unit. Complete with transducer, transducer drive motor, transmitter, receiver, analog to digital converter, digital signal processor and high speed serial interface. This unit includes the high performance transducer and the ultra low noise receiver circuitry, which gave Imagenex scanning units their superior performance. The profilier comes standard at 675 kHz (100 meter maximum range), or optional 2.25 MHz (10 meter maximum range) or 5 MHz (3 - 4 meter maximum range).
